HaitiAnalysis is looking for donations from our friends and readers to help us continue on and expand our coverage.

Our goal is to provide young Haitian journalists a direct route to English speaking audiences, bypassing the need for corporate intermediaries. To accomplish this we aim to provide monetary, technological, and human/translation resources to young inspired Haitian journalists from poor backgrounds. We also aim to provide a positive perspective on grassroots civil society and look at the underreported news and events in Haiti and that affect Haiti.

For the year of 2007 we survived on a tiny budget of $1,250 in donations from friends and family. We are hoping to double this number for 2008. We now have a donation button below where you can send donations to us via paypal. Even the smallest amount helps!
